Our senior teams begin their championship campaigns this Sunday in Towney against Cloughneely, throw in times are reserves at 4pm and seniors at 5:30pm. Best of luck to the players and management of both teams in this year’s championships.

Best of luck to our senior ladies who begin their Junior B championship campaign this Sunday morning in Towney where Aodh Ruadh 2 are the visitors, throw in time is 10:30am. Our minor girls host Naomh Columba this Tuesday at 7pm in division two, hey won their first match of the league campaign last Tuesday away at Aodh Ruadh, Killygordon.

Thanks to all who took part and helped out in any way at this year’s Michael Doherty Memorial Tournament which was held in Towney last Saturday, the competing teams along with ourselves were Naomh Columba, Naomh Ultan and Killybegs.

There are eight events/disciplines in Scór that cover all aspects of Irish culture: Figure/Céilí Dancing, Solo Singing, Ballad Group, Recitation/Scéalaíocht, Nuachleas/Novelty Act, Instrumental Music, Set Dancing and Table Quiz. Please get in touch as soon as possible, as we may need to host an in house competition depending on expressions of interest.

Drive in Bingo – Jackpot €2,200 – On SATURDAY
Due to the championships matches in Towney on Sunday this week’s Club Drive in Bingo will be held on Saturday evening at 7pm (gates open at 6pm) with €1,400 to be won on the night and the Jackpot is €2,200, all welcome.
